Jiahe Heavy Machinery Factory was established in 2004, covering an area of about 25,000 square meters and a building area of 20,000 square meters. It is mainly engaged in casting production and mechanical processing. At present, there are more than 10 main management personnel, more than 80 employees, 8 foundry workshops, 20 vehicles and other equipments. It has become one of the largest casting production enterprises in southern Hunan.
The existing hardware facilities are 8 tons, 5 tons, 3 tons and a half, 3 tons hot air cupola, and 2 tons medium frequency electric furnace. Jiahe Heavy Machinery Factory can produce all kinds of mechanical castings, including punching parts, cast iron, machinery manufacturing, casting manufacturing, casting materials, ductile iron and other brands of castings. It can cast various cast iron parts as small as a few kilograms and as large as 30 tons. The annual production of castings reaches 10,000 tons. The main casting materials are ordinary gray cast iron, ductile iron, alloy cast iron and other non-ferrous metals.
